With assistance from the Lakes Region Planning Commission, the staff of the New Hampshire Office of Energy and Planning will be conducting a public meeting to gather input on proposals for the revised State Development Plan. The Plan serves as New Hampshire's primary policy statement on the utilization and conservation of natural resources, and forms the basis for any planning and development work done by state agencies. It also serves as an important guide to the planning efforts of the State's regional planning commissions and its municipalities.

This meeting is an opportunity for citizens to state their concerns, to make recommendations, and to express their views on various policy proposals that will be presented at the meeting. It is scheduled for Monday, November 29, at 6:00 p.m. in the Steamboat Room at the Chase House Inn on Route 3 in Meredith. All meetings are open to the public. For additional information, please contact the LRPC office in Meredith at 279-8171, or e-mail: lrpc@lakesrpc.org.
