Candace McCabe-Carpenter has recently joined the professional team of Christopher Labrecque and Claudia Jackson of Christopher's new salon location — 740 North Main Street, Laconia.
A resident of Jaffrey, McCabe-Carpenter first came to the Lakes Region in 1974. She was educated at Concord Hospital School of Nursing, Concord, in the 1980's, and worked in related sections of the medical community ever since.
"I found after working at my last career post for ten years, that I needed a career change with new experiences. I still wanted to work in heath-care related field and decided to attend the full-time curriculum at Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Medford, Mass." I graduated from the 600-hour diploma program, and have additional certifications in aroma therapy. I have acquired both my Massachusetts and New Hampshire state board licenses, with a score of 100 percent on the latter. "Christopher and Claudia have been the truest fonts of support during my educational process, of which I am entirely grateful. It will be exciting to be part of the Christopher's Salon team, and to have an opportunity to re-connect with the communities that have been a part of my life since 1974".
