GILMANTON — The Mary Butler Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will hear the story of the Northern Railroad when it holds its annual Guest Night dinner on Monday, October 17 at 7 p.m. at the Gilmanton Community Church.
Ken Cushing who will discuss, through a series of photographs, the history of the Northern Railroad. Cushing is presently working on a book about the railroad including the effect it had on business and economic growth.
State Regent Laura McCrillis Kessler will also be a special guest.
