The Tom Robinson Trio will be joining Music Director Noelle Beaudin and the UUSL choir for a morning of Jazz music. Tom Robinson, Fender Rhodes, Piano

Jazz pianist Tom Robinson performs frequently throughout New England as a soloist, sideman, and leading his own groups. He has been a featured artist at the Catamount Arts Center and Mountaintop Music Center. He recorded a collaborative CD with Tim Gilmore and John Hunter in 2006 called "Skylight". Tom received a B.M. in Jazz Studies from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio where he studied saxophone and piano. Tom teaches at the Concord Community Music School and Plymouth State University.

Tim Gilmore, Drums

Tim Gilmore (drums/percussion) lives in Lebanon, NH and teaches at Plymouth State University, Concord Community Music School and Interplay Jazz & Arts. He is an active clinician with Adventures with Jazz, playing Canopus drums and Bosphorus cymbals. His recording/performance credits include: the critically acclaimed 2012 Navona Records release "The Conscious Sleepwalker" as well as PBS documentaries: "Dying to Please, The Dolphin Dilemma", "Birds of Prey", and the HBO mini-series "Women in Prison", as well as the feature film "Vermont is for Lovers". He has appeared at many jazz venues throughout the U.S. and Europe including, the Cape May Jazz Festival, the Shenandoah Valley Jazz Festival, the Blue Note NYC and Ronnie Scott's of London, to name a few.

Scott Kiefner, Bass

Scott Kiefner is a bassist from Concord. In 2012, he graduated from McGill University's Schulich School of Music in Montreal, QC, where he studied with Fraser Hollins and Chris McCann. In the summer of 2013, he was selected to attend the School for Improvisational Music Intensive workshop in New York City. He has since returned to New England, where he performs regularly with Jonathan Lorentz, Jim Dozet, Chris Klaxton, and many others.
