PLYMOUTH — Flutist Aubrie Dionne and harpist Piper Runnion-Bareford will join musical forces for a recital of Mozart’s concerto in C Major and works by Faure and Debussy at Silver Center for the Arts, Smith Recital Hall at 1 p.m. on Sunday, February 6.
Dionne has served as adjunct faculty at Plymouth State University since 2001. She also teaches at the Manchester Community Music School and is the founder of The Alura Ensemble. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in flute performance from the University of New Hampshire and has studied at the graduate level at the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, MA. She is an active performer, teacher, conductor and adjudicator in the New England Region.
Runnion-Bareford holds a degree in harp performance from the Royal College of Music in London and the Curtis Institute of Music. She has been principal harpist with the New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra and numerous orchestras in New England.
