LACONIA — Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice is offering seven-week bereavement support groups in two locations beginning in September. One group will meet in Laconia on Tuesdays and the other group will meet in Wolfeboro on Thursdays. Each group consists of a series of 1 1/2 hour meetings.

These session are designed to give people the opportunity to discuss and learn ways of coping with their loss, to gain the support of others in safe and caring ways, and to learn about the grief process. Although grief is a unique experience through which each person finds his or her own way, there are common threads we all share when going through grief.

Pre-registration is required. The support group is offered free of charge. To register for the group or for more information, call or email James Miller, Hospice Bereavement Coordinator at 603-524-8444 x 2390 or email JMiller@centralvna.org.
