Belmont High School will hold it's annual "Candidates Night" in the school cafeteria on Thursday evening, March 5, from 6 to 8 p.m..

Students hope to draw candidates that are running for several town positions, and perhaps even some candidates for a contested seat on the Shaker Regional School Board representing Canterbury. Candidates for selectmen, Sewer Commission, library trustee, Budget Committee, Town Clerk/Tax Collector, and for the school board, are invited to answer questions from the audience. All candidates that are present will be given the opportunity to explain to the audience what their unique contributions might be for their respective office.

The address on the school is 255 Seavey Road,and directions can be secured by calling the high school at 267-6525, from 7:30 a.m. through 3:30 p.m.
