AutoServ competes purchase of VW franchise

AutoServ of Tilton is the new home Volkswagen. AutoServ purchased the franchise from Lakes Region Volkswagen of Gilford and relocated it to their Tilton location, just off Exit 20 from I-93. VW joins AutoServ’s extensive franchise line-up which already sells and services Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Nissan, and Kia products.

Dennis Gaudet, CEO of AutoServ, is excited not only to be able to offer Volkswagens to the AutoServ customer base, but for the new clientele the franchise will bring into the dealership. “The fact is we don’t often see customers comparing our current product line with Volkswagen. This expansion adds more selection for our customers to better serve them and a fresh new set of clients that we’ve never seen before.”

Gaudet is excited about this new relationship “because Volkswagen offers so much for the consumer. From a new level of fuel efficient line of diesel-powered compacts, to great lease rates, and it is one of the few manufactures to include regular maintenance with the purchase of a new vehicle.” AutoServ already offers free oil changes, free state inspections, and free engine guarantees with every new & certified used vehicle purchased. Gaudet likes that Volkswagen is “as committed to customer satisfactions as AutoServ and wishes more manufactures would do the same.”

In the buy-sell AutoServ is acquiring all of Lakes Regions new and used inventory, parts, tools and signage. AutoServ is also offering employment opportunities to any employee that wants to make the switch. There are six Volkswagen locations in New Hampshire; the majority of them are located south of Manchester. AutoServ of Tilton will be servicing not only the Lakes Region, but also south to Manchester west to Lebanon & as far north as Canada.
