The American Legion will be celebrating its 85th Anniversary in March and to mark the occasion American Legion Post 1 in Laconia will be hosting a birthday party on Saturday, March 6 for members and guests.
Featuring a prime rib dinner, dancing, and the incomparable entertainment of Shep Spinney, the event offers an opportunity to thank the men and women who have fought so valliantly to preserve our nation's freedom.
A social hour between 5 and 6 p.m. will precede the serving of dinner. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Post 1. For more information please call 524-9728.
