LACONIA — Allan Carter Hale, Jr., 49, of 85 Fenton Ave, died Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in his home after a long courageous battle with cancer.
He was born on April 27, 1965 in Laconia, the son of Allan C. Sr. and Sally (Martin) Hale. Allan received his MBA from Plymouth State University and worked as an I.T. Director for Inter-Lakes School District. He was a 2nd Degree Black Belt holder in the art of Uechi-Ryu and was a certified Reiki 1 Practitioner. He loved golf, dogs and hunting. He especially enjoyed salt water and back country fishing in the Florida Keys.
In addition to his parents of Center Harbor, he is survived by his wife, Leslie (Gray) Hale of Laconia, his son, Carter Hale of Laconia, his step-son, Benjamin Ames of Hawaii, one step-daughter, Kirsten Fields of Laconia, one brother, Craig Hale and his wife Kim of Center Harbor, one sister, Denise Glennon and her husband Patrick of Longwood, FL, several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia. Burial will be private.
