The next AARP Driver SafetyCourse in Meredith takes place at the Meredith Library Wednesday and Thursday, March 22 and 23, from 1 to 5 p.m.The class is conducted in two 4-hour sessions.
The classroom experience emphasizes defensive driving techniques, including new traffic laws, rules of the road to name a few. It points out how to adjust your driving to age-related changes in vision, hearing and reaction time.
There is no test and those completing the course receive a certificate making them eligible for insurance discounts from certain insurance companies serving New Hampshire.
