TILTON ― Winnisquam Regional High School is proud to announce its cohort of student-athletes who have been recognized as NHIAA scholar-athletes for the 2025-26 academic year. This prestigious honor is awarded to graduating seniors who have demonstrated exceptional performance both in the classroom and on the field of play.

To qualify for this state-wide recognition, students must maintain a minimum B+ average (or equivalent GPA), participate in at least two NHIAA-sanctioned sports, and serve as positive role models within the school and local community.

"Our scholar-athletes embody the 'Bears' spirit of excellence and discipline," said WRHS Athletic Director Ian Snowdeal. "Balancing the rigors of a demanding academic schedule with the commitment required for varsity athletics is no small feat. These students have proven that they are leaders in our hallways, our laboratories, and our athletic arenas."

This year’s recipients represent a diverse cross-section of Winnisquam athletics, ranging from varsity wrestling and basketball to the upcoming spring seasons of softball and track.
