LACONIA — The excitement is brewing for the performers of the Tara Little Dance School who are set to perform a spooky dance spectacular for Pumpkinfest 2024. The dancers will take to the main stage in downtown Laconia on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. The program is a mix of many different dance styles incorporating Irish dance, Hip Hop, Acro and Contemporary dance.
“The students have worked very hard over the past few months preparing and rehearsing for this performance.” Tara Little said. “We are ready.”
The 18 performers ranging in age from 8-years-old to 20-years-old will open the show dancing to music by Italian Irish rock band, The Sidh. The second section will feature an Irish hard shoe acapella number leading into the final dance “Calling all the Monsters” by China Anne McClain. Jerico's Hair & Nail Care in Laconia, are responsible for hair and makeup. Photographer David Warrender will take photos.
“This is a show for all the family and not to be missed. So much talent on stage from all over New Hampshire with some even traveling from Vermont. This is our first time performing at Pumpkin Fest and we are super excited,” Little said.
