MOULTONBOROUGH — Sabina Robbins, of the Community Food Project in Tamworth, shows off some of the fresh produce Moulton Farm donates to programs serving neighbors in need. In addition to the Community Food Project, the farm also works with volunteers from the Meredith Altrusa program. Each week during the summer and early fall, Altrusa volunteers pick up produce from the farm and deliver it to local programs and food pantries.

The Community Food Center serves residents of Tamworth and Sandwich. A group of 30 or so volunteers works with 50 to 60 families. On a typical week in these challenging times about 20 families have been picking up food. More information about the Community Food Center can be obtained by calling 603-960-4067.

Moulton Farm practices sustainable agriculture and is dedicated to providing the highest quality fruits and vegetables while preserving its rich soil for future generations. In addition to growing its own produce, the farm offers fall decorating supplies including a full range of fall favorites such as pumpkins and gourds. The farm also offers baked goods, prepared foods, cider doughnuts from Cider Bellies, seafood from Sal’s Fresh Seafood, and a quality selection of meats, cheeses and other items from northern New England producers.
