LACONIA  The Irwin Automotive Group is proud to recognize Seamus McNally, affectionately known as “Bowtie Guy,” for an extraordinary year of achievement and a career defined by passion, loyalty, and unparalleled customer relationships.

In 2025, McNally set a new company record by selling an astonishing 467 vehicles in a single year, the most ever by any employee in Irwin Automotive Group history. This milestone cements his status as Irwin’s No. 1 salesperson and reflects the trust and loyalty he has built with customers over his seven-year tenure with the company, which began in 2019.

What truly sets McNally apart is his commitment to relationships. An impressive 50% of his business comes from referrals and repeat customers, a testament to the genuine care he shows every person he works with. One standout example of that loyalty: McNally sold a vehicle to a mother in 2020, then went on to sell vehicles to her children as they grew in 2022, 2023, and again in 2026, turning one satisfied customer into a family of lifelong clients.

Beyond the showroom, McNally connects with the community through his own Facebook page, where he shares car-buying tips, celebrates customers with photos, and highlights the behind-the-scenes team members who make Irwin Automotive Group special.

Known for his signature bow ties and flamboyant wardrobe, McNally brings energy and personality to everything he does. Even tackling what he jokingly calls the hardest part of the job: snow removal.

Irwin Automotive Group congratulates Seamus McNally on a historic year and thanks him for the dedication, heart, and style he brings to our customers every single day.
