Join New Beginnings Without Violence and Abuse at its inaugural Golf Tournament for a fun day of golf, prizes, and raffles at Lochmere Country Club on Monday, May 22. Take a a swing at the $10,000 Hole-In-One Contest or the $5,000 Putting Contest at one of the season’s first tournaments.
New Beginnings provides confidential support and advocacy to over 700 victims a year experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking. Advocates help victims devise a safety plan, offer information and counseling, and accompany survivors to the hospital and court. It is important work and New Beginnings is the only agency in Belknap County able to offer this assistance.
Add May 22 to your calendar for a day of golfing fun, good food, a silent auction, and prizes. Proceeds provide victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Belknap County with a 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter, one-to-one support, and prevention education programming.
