FRANKLIN — Murder, mystery, and mouthwatering desserts await guests at "Murder in Black & White," a Murder Mystery Dessert Fundraiser benefiting the Franklin Opera House, taking place Friday, Nov. 13, and Saturday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Franklin Elks Lodge No. 1280 in Franklin.
The mystery begins with two intriguing questions: Who is after Ann White? And why? As the evening unfolds, guests will follow clues, interrogate suspects, and uncover secrets in a thrilling interactive mystery where appearances can be deceiving, and everyone has something to hide. Until the killer is caught, everyone is a suspect.
Combining suspense, comedy, audience participation, and decadent desserts, "Murder in Black and White" promises an unforgettable night of entertainment while supporting the community. The Franklin Opera House serves as the pillar of arts and culture in Franklin, offering live performances, educational programming, community events, and entertainment throughout the year. Fundraising events such as "Murder in Black and White" help ensure continuing affordable entertainment to serve Franklin and surrounding communities for generations to come.
Desserts for this event are made by Lady Liberty Confections in Franklin. Choose a classic whoopie pie, gluten-free whoopie pie, or a black and white parfait for dessert when purchasing a ticket. Light snacks are provided for each table, and a cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
Advance tickets only — no tickets at the door — can be purchased at FOHNH.org.
