GILFORD  This summer has brought with it a mountain of fun, both confined to the printed page, and not. The Summer Reading Program this year at the Gilford Public Library was a grand new adventure with a faux passport and many fun objectives. Join the Gilford Public Library at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12, for Monadnock Falconry.

To celebrate the end of the program, the folks of Monadnock Falconry will be present with one of their harris’ hawks and provide a live demonstration of aerial acrobatics. The Gilford Library hopes the community had fun this Summer Reading, and will delight in this grand finale.
