LACONIA — Join the Laconia Public Library on Thursday, April 14 at 6:30 p.m. for "Breeding Season Backyard Birds." Steve Hale, the owner of Open World Explorers, delivers an engaging and interactive presentation featuring common breeding season birds likely found in any backyard in New England. In addition to learning identification tips, including how to ID a few birds by their song, tips on feeding birds to enhance diversity will also be provided. Hale holds degrees in marine biology, evolutionary biology, and ecology. This program will be held in the auditorium.
