LACONIA – The Kiwanis Club of Laconia is thrilled to announce its third Annual Free Throw Competition, inviting all Lakes Region Boys and Girls aged 8-to-13 years old to participate in this fun-filled event.
The competition will take place on Saturday, March 15, at the Laconia Memorial Middle School. Registration will begin at 8:15 a.m., followed by a warm-up session at 8:30 a.m., with the main competition kicking off promptly at 9 a.m.
The event will directly benefit the Lou Athanas Youth Basketball League, Gilford Parks & Recreation and Franklin Odell Ice Skating Rink.
“This event embodies our commitment to supporting the youth of our community while fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship,” said Betty Ballantyne, president of the Laconia Kiwanis Club.
