Irwin Ford joins largest auto dealer food drive to support local families

LACONIA — Irwin Ford is proud to participate in Ford Motor Company’s World’s Largest Auto Dealer Food Drive throughout the month of September, helping provide much-needed support to local families and individuals facing food insecurity.

As part of the nationwide and global initiative, Irwin Ford will be filling a Ford truck at the Irwin Ford dealership, with non-perishable food donations that will benefit the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. The dealership is encouraging employees, customers, friends and members of the community to contribute non-perishable food items throughout September.

The annual food drive reflects Ford Motor Company’s belief that when its dealers and communities work together, they can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Last year, Ford dealers demonstrated the tremendous power of collective action by gathering more than 2 million pounds of food around the world.

For Irwin Ford, participating in the food drive is about more than collecting food, it is about strengthening the community it has proudly served for years.
