GILFORD  Another year older, another year wiser, another year passing by toward an uncertain end. Growing older can be a disconcerting experience, with many life milestones behind you, and the prospect of deteriorating opportunity and ability looming, how is one to cope?

Join the Gilford Public Library on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 11:30 a.m. for “Aging Unspoken.” Carol Wallace and Dottie Bergeron will hold court about many of the difficult topics that aging brings, providing attendees with concrete strategies and emotional tools to cope and thrive. Growing old doesn’t have to be as scary or daunting, especially with some of the answers to be found here.
