BELMONT — The Home Beautiful, Inc. has appointed Samantha Fournier as its new flooring manager. Bringing over 10 years of flooring industry knowledge and leadership experience from well-known local companies like Genrose Tile and Stone and Ed’s Flooring America. Fournier, a Pembroke resident, will lead the company’s comprehensive flooring department, focusing on driving growth and enhancing the employee-owned firm’s long-term customer service strategy.

She was also a sales manager at La-Z-Boy for several years after graduating from college with both a bachelor’s degree in business and an associate’s in interior design from Hesser College.

Fournier recently said about joining The Home Beautiful, “I’m excited to join a business where everyone has a stake in the success of the client’s design project. I wanted to be part of a company that values excellence, growth, and inclusion. My goal is to continue our history of being the first choice for quality flooring and service in central New Hampshire.”

Away from work, Fournier is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her husband, Joel, and puzzling with their cats.
