Planning Commission honors Greater Meredith Program

 

MEREDITH — The Lakes Region Planning Commission has honored the Greater Meredith Program in recognition of the organization's exciting and innovative projects that have been implemented in a community that serve the public good.

The commission's Award of Excellence noted the Greater Meredith Program's strong commitment to promoting economic vitality, historical culture and townwide beautification and cited among the GMP's programs the Design and Promotion Committees, the Meredith Sculpture Walk and Career Partnership Program.
