CONCORD — Chartered Financial Planning Counselor Jason Belyea recently joined NHTrust as a financial advisor. Belyea will primarily be based at NHTrust’s Concord office at 89 N. Main St., but will also be available at other locations convenient to his clients. In this role with NHTrust, Belyea will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans for individuals, businesses and organizations.

“We are so pleased to welcome Jason to our team here in Concord,” said Senior Vice President and Program Manager & Senior Client Relationship Officer for NHTrust Steve Palmer. “Jason brings over 25 years of experience in an advisory capacity to NHTrust. We are fortunate our clients will benefit from his expertise as a Financial Advisor and portfolio specialist and know he will continue to build relationships with his clients, helping them create stronger financial futures for themselves and their loved ones.”

Prior to joining NHTrust, Belyea worked as a financial advisor for Citizens Investment Services and for Merrill Lynch, as well as a district manager of an advisory team for Ameriprise.

Belyea earned his bachelor of science from Keene State College and received his Chartered Financial Planning Counselor certificate from American College.

When not at work, Belyea enjoys coaching his son’s little league baseball team and he also likes playing golf. Belyea volunteers for multiple charities around the Concord area (the NH Food Bank, The Friends Program, Capital Center for the Arts) and is an active member with the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.
