Meredith Village Savings Bank has promoted Amy Mavris to vice president, marketing communications officer. In this role, Mavris will supervise the communications team and serve as the marketing lead for company-wide projects.
“Amy has worked with the Bank for more than 20 years and we couldn’t be more excited to have her continue to help lead marketing efforts at MVSB,” said Cindy Hemeon-Plessner, senior vice president, chief marketing and experience officer. “Amy is a natural leader and she always goes above and beyond to support employees and maintain customer focus on company projects. We are thrilled to have the marketing department continue to grow under her leadership.”
Mavris started at MVSB as a student teller in high school. She has worked in many areas of the organization, including in the branches, loan operations and risk management, and she brings that perspective to her work in communications.
