“It’s an honor to celebrate and recognize these individuals for their years of service with the bank,” commented Ron Magoon, President & CEO, “We are truly fortunate to have them on our team.

Their dedication and unwavering commitment to serving both our customers and communities is greatly appreciated and we look forward to celebrating many more milestones with them.”

Also at the event, the bank honored three employees with a 2020 Vision Award, presented each year to individuals who exceed the expectations of their customers and co-workers by embodying the bank’s vision.

Kayleanna Porch was honored with an award for her commitment to proactively looking out for our customers best interest, particularly in the area of fraud. Over the past year, she has caught multiple fraudulent checks simply by engaging in conversations with customers to learn more about the origins of their checks. Kayleanna does not think of her position with FSB as just a job; she feels her role is a way to help her community.

“Kayleanna’s positive attitude, commitment to helping others, and generosity to our customers were other factors in her being chosen for this wonderful honor,” mentioned Nicole Rea, branch manager, Franklin office.

Andrea Bardsley was selected for a Vision Award for her patience, empathy and effectiveness with training new staff in the retail area. Her teammates respect her and know they can count on her for help. In addition, Andrea portrays a positive and friendly attitude when assisting her customers. She also continues to excel with her sales goals in support of the bank’s strategic objectives.

According to Nancy Watson, branch manager, Boscawen office, “Andrea is a caring, respectful, humble and hardworking employee who does her very best to represent Franklin Savings Bank to our customers.”

Nicole Del Signore was recognized for the quality of service she provides the bank’s customers when it is needed most. When one of our customers had to travel out of state to care for a family member who suddenly became ill, Nicole stepped up and utilized her partners within the bank to keep her customer’s business running smoothly while she was away. Further, Nicole is incredibly flexible with her schedule and on multiple occasions has come in to work on short notice to assist other branches.

“Nicole is an extremely valuable member of both the Gilford team and FSB,” said Brian Lamontagne, branch manager, Gilford office. “She embraces the values of the bank in every way; therefore, I feel she truly deserves this amazing honor.”
