FRANKLIN — Franklin Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Jon Jones to senior vice president, commercial loan officer; Mike Duval to regional vice president, commercial loan officer; and Heather Capraro to regional vice president, senior business relationship officer.
“Jon, Mike and Heather have all done a fantastic job serving the needs of businesses in our communities,” said Jim Dubois, executive vice president, senior loan officer. “The relationships that we build with our customers are long-lasting, and these individuals are committed to helping businesses grow and succeed.”
Jones has held a variety of positions at FSB since joining us in 2001 as part of the retail team. He joined commercial lending in 2016 as a credit analyst, was promoted to commercial loan portfolio manager in 2016, and then to assistant vice president, commercial loan officer in 2017. In 2019, Jones was elevated to vice president, commercial loan officer.
Duval joined FSB as vice president, commercial loan Officer in 2019. He brings over 30 years of banking experience to the commercial lending department. He is committed to building relationships and utilizing his extensive experience in the banking industry to serve the needs of businesses in our communities.
Capraro joined FSB in 2016 as assistant vice president, retail sales and business development officer, before being promoted to vice president, business relationship manager, and then vice president, senior relationship manager, where she oversees the business relationship team at FSB. Capraro has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry with an extensive background in managing business relationships.
