FRANKLIN — The Franklin Business and Professional Women’s Club recently named Stephanie Wolff as the 57th recipient of the Virginia Allen Young Careerist Award this February.

She will compete against other New England Young Careerists in a regional competition where judges will select a winner based on each candidate’s four minute speech, a personal interview, and a biographical statement outlining his/her accomplishments.

Wolff works as the program director of Franklin Partners in Prevention in Franklin. She was born and raised in Rhode Island and is known for making positive impacts on the lives of others.

Wolff received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Rhode Island, majoring in psychology and minoring in sociology. This academic foundation provided her with a deep understanding of human behavior and societal dynamics.

After graduating, Wolff started in the field of residential behavioral health, where she worked to support children between the ages of 5 and 18.

She then transitioned to a role at a partial hospitalization program dedicated to helping children and adults battling eating disorders. This experience further deepened her understanding of mental health challenges and the importance of holistic care.

Wolff currently remains an active member of the board for Archways, contributing her knowledge and experience to advance their mission of supporting individuals and families in need. She is also an active board member for Franklin PTSO along with being a board member for Franklin Area Lions Club.

When she isn’t out making a difference in the community, Wolff spends time with her two pets, a cat named Leo and a trained therapy dog named Iroh. Wolff loves to read and work in the garden and is a huge traveler where she’s traveled all over the U.S. as well as traveling to the Bahamas and Norway.

Wolff’s dedication to improving the lives of others, combined with her diverse background in psychology and program management, make her a leader in the field.
