NH Rocks recently partnered with Sereno, Inc. with the goal of leveraging tourism and local engagement to drive impactful community projects across the state. Key initiatives include developing attainable housing for the middle class and supporting local businesses.

NH Rocks is a media, marketing and technology company focused on promoting New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Sereno is a non-profit that focuses on leveraging tourism to fund community-drive projects and creating sustainable, equitable communities.

Sereno was started by members of the NH Rocks leadership team to address critical community needs.

"We are excited to have formed Sereno, Inc. to address some of the critical needs in our communities," said Keith Phillips, chief marketing officer of NH Rocks and vice president of Sereno. "By leveraging our platform and resources, we can drive meaningful change and support sustainable community development."

As part of this partnership between the two, all platform fees collected by NH Rocks will be donated to Sereno to support community projects and 10% of NH Rocks' marketing efforts will be directed toward Sereno and amplifying the organization’s initiatives to increase their impact.

Sereno’s current projects include acquiring mixed-use and residential properties to set a new standard for attainable rental rates as well as offering aid to those caught between government assistance and market-rate house.

Additionally, by working with NH Rocks and other interested entities, Sereno is coordinating magnet events to promote areas of development and raise awareness about lesser-supported industries.
