To The Daily Sun,

In the Town of Gilford’s March municipal election, the voters will have a critical choice for the selectboard.

One candidate clearly stands out to move our town forward in a positive manner. That candidate is Richard “Rags” Grenier. He is a long-time resident of the town and has a proven track record of service to Gilford. He has successfully served two previous terms on the selectboard and knows the ins and outs of how to positively affect the town. Beyond that fact, Grenier has served on numerous town committees with distinction. He has served a total of 12 years on the Budget Committee, six elected and six as the selectboard’s representative. Other service included Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and most recently chair of the Solid Waste Committee. To say that Grenier is deeply vested in the town is an understatement. We need proven leadership on the selectboard. Grenier fills that bill. Please consider voting for Richard “Rags” Grenier for selectboard. I will.
