To The Daily Sun,

Hurricane Helene made landfall Thursday evening. It was known days in advance that it would be a major hurricane. President Joe Biden spent the weekend at his Rehoboth Beach vacation home and told us that he kept up-do-date with briefings via phone calls. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris was campaigning and schmoozing with the Hollywood crowd. VP Harris reassured residents who have lost their homes they will receive $750. Remember how that was so helpful for residents of East Palestine, Ohio, and Lahaina, Hawaii.

President Biden assured the inquisitive press that the flooded areas were getting everything they needed and they are happy. DHS secretary, "the border is secure" Alejandro Mayorkas told us in June that FEMA was fully prepared for the hurricane season. He has now told us that FEMA is almost out of money as Hurricane Milton was on the cusp of hitting Florida as a monster hurricane.

As I sit and pray on Oct. 9, for those who have lost their homes and businesses and dead bodies have been found in trees and in the muddy waters of North Carolina, I now pray for Florida residents. Thank goodness Gov. Ron DeSantis is providing real leadership. The stories of FEMA arriving late and actually interfering with rescue operations performed by private citizens, charitable organizations and retired veterans is a mind blower. VP Harris told the View she would not have done anything different than Biden who told us she was his ally during his decision making. Shouldn't we all vote for a return to the Donald Trump years? Who really wants to stay on board the Harris/Walz Titanic ticket?
