To The Daily Sun,
In one of your recent articles titled "Newfound school nurse requests policy change to stock Narcan for possible drug overdoses," I noticed one inaccuracy. The inaccuracy is that you can absorb fentanyl through skin contact. While you can absorb the drug by touching your eyes, nose or mouth, simply touching a substance cannot trigger an overdose or absorption of the drug. I have included two links, one research study and one page from the CDC outlining some of the risks:
https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/topics/fentanyl/risk.html
