I am disappointed and disgusted with the failure of our two U.S. Democrat senators who once again voted to shut down our government over ICE.
These issues could have been easily solved by deliberation in the Senate.
By their silence, they approved the open border policy which allowed millions of foreigners to flood the country, requiring ICE to find, arrest, and deport illegal immigrants.
Both senators are totally controlled by their Democrat leadership and do not have the courage to act on their own. By their silence, they appear to support the socialist and communist wing of the party, which has sullied the name and reputation of the once-great Democrat Party.
They do not support the thousands of New Hampshire voters who have supported them in the voting booth ― voters who expect their senators to defend the Constitution of the United States and not be in favor of government policies which would destroy our Constitutional Republic.
