To The Daily Sun,

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Washington) said recently she is training Americans to help take down the “dictatorship” of President Donald Trump. Is it a problem when someone organizes violence against the government operating under the Constitution she is sworn to protect and defend? Opposition to policies and action is clearly in bounds. But when is the line crossed?

At her resistance lab training, Jayapal said, “It appears that the Trump administration is willing to ignore judicial decisions and so that brings us to you in this room.

“What we decided is that we really need to help Americans understand what happens when democracies fall when dictators take over ... people need to understand what are the lessons from other countries and working with experts who have studied democratic backsliding in countries around the world."

America is not now, nor has it ever been, a democracy. A democracy is mob rule. Let’s be clear; we have a constitutional, representative republic, the values and principles of which respect and defend our G-d given rights as individuals.

What we know is Leftists have run our ship of state aground on the rocks of debt and deficit. We are left holding the bag for their financial and monetary mismanagement. Javier Milei from Argentina has firsthand experience and is sharing that experience with us in real time.

Jayapal said, “We’ve developed a curriculum where we help people understand, how do you go after the pillars of support ... how do you shift allies from being sort of passive ... to being active supporters of taking down a dictatorship?”

This advocacy by Rep. Jayapal is protected speech, within limits. It becomes problematic when and if it crosses the line into incitement to violence. That’s a problem. Mark Levin observed, "The Democrat Party Hates America."
