Krystie Sullivan: Write in Sullivan for Belknap County register of probate Nov. 3

During primary voting, Belknap County voters took the time to write my name on their ballots for register of probate. I am truly humbled by that support, and I want to begin by saying thanks. Every write-in vote gave me the opportunity to continue this campaign and earn trust and support for Nov. 3.

My decision to seek the office of Belknap County register of probate comes from my education, experience, and firsthand understanding of the challenges families can face when navigating the legal system.

I hold degrees in criminal justice and paralegal studies. I was honored to be the first female intern with the Gilford Police Department, and I later completed a second internship with the Belknap County Attorney’s Office. These experiences gave me valuable insight into law enforcement, court procedures, and the importance of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

I also understand the legal system from personal experience. As a foster mother to a child in need, I navigated court filings and legal challenges firsthand. That experience taught me that behind every case and document is a person or family who deserves to be treated with dignity, patience, and compassion.

The register of probate serves families during some of life’s most significant moments. I believe this office requires someone who will approach each matter with knowledge, professionalism, and respect.

Primary Day was only the beginning. I am grateful to everyone who supported my write-in campaign, and I look forward to meeting more voters and earning confidence in the weeks ahead.

I respectfully ask for votes on Nov. 3 for Belknap County register of probate. It would be an honor to serve the people of Belknap County.
