John Walker: President Trump should focus on more important issues

Hello Laconia. So how do we spell c-h-a-o-s? As many of us predicted and feared, we are living it. Tariffs seem to be a weapon. Tariffs? How about a thought-out, consistent, cogent policy the entire world can rely on. The entire world. Consistently. Our narcissist-in-chief loves being on camera and watching the stock market wildly react to anything he says. As the current duly, democratically-elected president of Brazil has inferred, our president thinks he has been elected to be the emperor of the world.

Hello Canada, hello Greenland, and also, hello Denmark ... allies all.

Now he wants to fix the college sports name, image and likeness disaster and change the Washington, D.C. NFL team back to Redskins.

Mr. President should know there are so many other fish to fry. He should focus ... and not just on giving billionaires tax breaks. We have poor, hungry, sick and unhoused millions with nowhere to turn. Does he even care?

I didn’t think so.
