To The Daily Sun,
Every election time I marvel at the stated backgrounds of the different candidates for any political office. Some are natives of the state they wish to represent, others are "carpetbaggers." If you are not familiar what that term, Merriam-Webster defines it this way: "a nonresident or new resident who seeks private gain from an area often by meddling in its business or politics."
For example; if you were born in Pennsylvania and live in Colorado, where you have your business, but have a vacation home in New Hampshire, you feel free to run for any political office, such as U.S. Senator, to represent people you don't know anything about. You can also talk a good game but play that game like a beginner. Talking like you know anything about New Hampshire's problems doesn't mean you can solve those problems.
Frankly, I like someone who really has the credentials, not someone who claims to have the credentials, that why I am going to vote for the only person who can win, the election for U.S Senator from New Hampshire, General Don Bolduc. Live free or Die!
