David Brochu: George Washington is not the father of the current cabal

To The Daily Sun,

The question, "is the country about to have a constitutional crisis?", is moot. The Trump regime has already violated the Constitution numerous times. A crisis requires one branch of government to confront the other. The Republicans are sycophants, the Democrats too worried about losing their privilege to make an effective counter-argument, and the courts bought and paid for.

What is needed is wholesale systemic change. 

Those who created the current system that awarded them rank and privilege cannot by definition be the ones that collapse the system of which they are part.

When was the last time a king or would-be king walked away? It did happen and it happened here. George Washington walked away ... he could have been emperor and he walked away. 

He also foretold our demise by party infighting.

If “We The People” really want liberty for The Democrats then we have to reject a government of scarcity, one that pits us against each other. One country, one people, one collective will expressed locally and securely by one vote, one person, on one’s cell phone. 

We govern by our collective will.

The government does as we tell it and those administering our will work for us.

Think it impossible? It’s as easy as clicking on the millionth “how’d you like my service" text, and a lot more secure than what we do now. We trust encryption with our money, but biased humans supervise our votes.

To any politician that really wants to make a change ... walk away, unless they think they are more important than Washington. In which case, well, they know how that ends.

To the people, if they want a king, fine, just stop lying about it. 

If people want liberty, then speak up.
