Recently my husband went to the ER with chest pains. Within minutes upon arrival, we were taken into the ER exam room. They performed like a well-drilled team! They were very caring and informative as to what was transpiring. Two people really stood out, Dr. Brown and Michaela the RN on duty.
Later that day my husband was transferred to the Telemetry unit where again everyone was very caring and informative while attending his needs.
I just want to say to the staff of Lakes Region General Hospital, THANK YOU! You made us feel very comfortable during this emergency. We are fortunate to have such a fine facility within our community.
