Bruce Jenket: Media could not stop swooning over Harris/Walz ticket's radical ideas

All the swooning by MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc., over the Harris/Walz ticket could not offset the radical views they promoted.

Here are some facts: Tim Walz was governor of Wisconsin during the BLM/antifa riots of 2020. The Minneapolis riots lasted from May 26 to June 7. Walz refused President Donald Trump’s initial offer to bring in the National Guard. Walz later relented and activated them on May 30. According to Wikipedia, tinyurl.com/su72y9v6, the riot resulted in 164 incidents of arson, $500 million in damages to 1,500 properties, 604 arrests and two riot-related deaths. Far more destructive than Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.

So, what happened to the 604 rioters that were arrested? The link above lists the convictions which were minimal considering the loss of life, property and social wellbeing. Here is a quick summary of convictions. Federal convictions: 17 for arson, three boogaloo movement members, one felony gun possession. State and local convictions: 91 for felony burglary, one for assault of a police officer. The rest of the charges were dropped or acquitted.

Why were charges dropped? Partly because of donations by Democrats to the Minnesota Freedom Fund. According to this article by the Washington Examiner, tinyurl.com/mr8juu72, the MFF collected $41 million in donations in 2020 after Kamala Harris posted this tweet. "If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota”.

Think about that. Harris and Waltz supported the second largest riot in U.S. history. Only the 1992 Los Angeles riot was worse. Did readers vote for Harris/Walz? If so, why? Ignorance of the facts or do they just hate President Trump that much? Either way, it’s because of lies and censorship. News should be based on truth and the above media is morally bankrupt.
