Bruce Jenket: Jan. 6 pardons will fuel media claims about Donald Trump

One of President Donald Trump’s promises was to “pardon” those convicted in the Jan. 6 riot. No doubt, that will fuel the MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. pundits' claim that Trump is a dictator. It could not be further from truth. Jan. 6 was a protest against voter fraud, not an insurrection.

My last letter was an invitation to those believing Jan. 6 was an “insurrection” to defend their position. Just because they and their circle of friends “believes” it was does not make it so. If that were the case Nazis and the KKK would be portrayed in the history books as heroes rather than villains.

Today’s Democratic leaders are using the same propaganda techniques as the above failed organizations. MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. have been lying to their viewers and censoring the truth when exposed. Jan. 6 is just one example.

A more egregious case was the Russia collusion hoax. The Durham report,  tinyurl.com/mr27tday, exposed how the FBI pursued the investigation without verifying the Steele dossier. Before the 2024 election, I asked an acquaintance with a Harris/Walz sign in their yard if they read the Durham report. Their response was “No, but I don’t believe it.” Really? John Durham spent three years investigating the investigators and virtually no one read the report. It’s unbelievable. This is how liberty and freedom are lost.

Getting back to the Jan. 6 pardons. It’s just a small piece in the big picture. Democrats, with the help of the FBI/DOJ and above media, have been corrupting our justice system for years. Where? In the areas they hold a super majority. Washington, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Oregon, Minneapolis, etc. All are in decline. Yet, their officials continue to get reelected. One has to wonder why.
