Thank you again, Roy Sanborn, for "Coming Soon" sign article in the March 6 Laconia Sun. I am learning much about what should have been done first before you buy. Too late, but will remember if I ever move again. I do realize this article is not for amusement purposes, but the story it tells is very valuable. I do hope there is more coming.
I look forward to Uncle Chester getting the place sold.
