Pres. Obama created the instability that enabled ISIS to arise in Syria

With the cool and confident demeanor exhibited by President Clinton, President Obama and other sociopaths, Hillary Clinton repeated the lie that President Obama was forced to withdraw American forces from Iraq by the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) created by President Bush. This lie has been protected by the media and by the obscurity of the facts.

When President Obama took office, Iraq was stable. President Bush had negotiated a SOFA based on the assumptions that conditions in Iraq would remain stable or improve, that a significant (30,000 – 50,000) American force would remain, and that a strong American influence would help maintain stability in Iraq.

All parties expected to renegotiate the SOFA if conditions changed. And conditions changed. President Obama refused to follow sensible policies to ensure the continued stability of Iraq. Contrary to the advice of his military and civilian advisors, President Obama refused to leave a large American force in Iraq, and he withdrew the American influence that helped ensure stability in Iraq.

As problems arose, Iraqi leaders and American representatives recognized the need for and began negotiating a new SOFA. But President Obama didn't want a new SOFA.

A person whose presidency, as he claimed, would cause "the rise of the oceans ... to slow and the earth ... to heal" would have been able to renegotiate a new, favorable SOFA if he wanted one.

But President Obama was more interested in domestic political considerations. With a new SOFA, President Obama would clearly be responsible for events in Iraq. Without a new SOFA, President Obama, Hillary Clinton, and their supporters knew they could, with the help of the media, lie and blame President Bush for whatever happened in Iraq, and this is what they have been doing.

The fact that negotiations on a new Status of Forces Agreement began shows that Iraqis and Americans recognized that a new agreement was needed. Failure to obtain a new SOFA when one was required is President Obama's failure.

President Obama's failures created the instability in Iraq that enabled the ISIS victories in Iraq. ISIS's victories in Iraq made it wealthy, boosted its recruiting efforts, and made it the worldwide threat that it has become. President Obama's and Hillary's immigration and refugee programs have brought ISIS provocateurs here to threaten, kill, and instigate others to kill Americans.

It is President Obama's and Hillary Clinton's policies and actions that enabled the rise of ISIS resulting in the torture, murder, rape, and enslavement of hundreds of thousands of people world-wide.
