CENTER HARBOR — Two people were injured in a motorcycle accident at Daniel Webster Highway and Dane Road on Saturday afternoon, according to a Center Harbor Fire Department press release.
Center Harbor and Meredith firefighters and employees from Stewart’s Ambulance Service responded to the motorcycle accident at 12:39 p.m. on Sept. 7, according to the release.
First responders received reports one of two patients at the scene was unconscious as they made their way to the accident. Emergency personnel found both patients awake upon their arrival and a male patient was suffering from an apparent head injury.
That patient was treated at the scene and transported to Concord Hospital where he was admitted for potentially serious injuries, according to the release. A second female patient was transported to Concord Hospital-Laconia and released after being treated for minor injuries.
“We remind motorcyclists to ride with caution and wear all appropriate safety equipment, especially helmets, and encourage all motorists to look twice, save a life,” the release read.
