Pub Mania teams honored on Tuesday night at Patrick's

Pub Mania and Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction volunteers enjoyed a party in their honor at Patrick’s Pub & Eatery in Gilford on Tuesday night. Three awards were handed out Pub Mania teams: The Outstanding Participation Award to Ladies of the Lake, measuring their participation in the activities throughout the year; The Feeding Families Award to Team Juggernaut Fitness, bringing in over 11,000 of the 25,000 total food items collected; and the Top Dollar Team Award to Cafe Deja Vu, raising $41,646. Sherry Kimball of Ladies of the Lake thanked everyone who participated. “That's what's the beauty of this area, the people,” she said. “It's not so much the pretty lakes and the mountains and all the tourists to come up here and dump money up in the summertime and drive us crazy because they don't know how to park. It's us, here, all the time.”
