CONCORD — New Hampshire State Police are searching for a Carroll County man with ties to Belknap County who is described as having violent tendencies.
Oliver N. Blackstone, 37, is wanted for an October 2023 parole violation relating to controlled drugs. Blackstone is described by police as being 6' 1" and 210 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.Â
Blackstone is currently on parole supervision from drug charges and has a lengthy criminal record which includes charges related to criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and violation of a protective order, according to police. Â
He was residing in Carroll County but also has ties to Belknap and Rockingham counties, according to police.
Blackstone apparently has several tattoos on his face, neck, both forearms, both shoulders, his abdomen and his chest.
The NH Department of Corrections is seeking any information that may lead to his location and arrest. Anyone who sees someone who resembles Blackstone should contact the New Hampshire Department of Corrections at 603-271-1804, Case Probation Parole Officer Angela Bergeron at 603-539-3096 or local police.
