Sharon E. Ryan, of Meredith, shared this photo of the Kids Winter Fishing Derby at Lily Pond in Gilford, organized by the Belknap County Sportsmen’s Club, on Sunday. "My husband and I stayed a while watching the kids anxiously waiting for a fish to bite their line. The kids enjoyed watching the adults drill a whole in the ice for them to drop their lines in. There was still a crowd there when we left at 11 a.m., such fun for everyone," Ryan wrote.
