MOULTONBOROUGH — It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sylvia (Kelley) Keyser, aged 78, on Nov. 3, 2024, after a battle with cancer. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Sylvia left this world peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on Nov. 15, 1945, in West Stewartstown, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Ruth (Shute) Kelley Sr. A long-term resident of Moultonborough, Sylvia was known for her generosity, kindness, and warmth. She dedicated her life to her family, raising four children.
Sylvia cherished socializing with friends and family, creating lasting memories through laughter and love. She loved to spend time on her patio, watching her grandchildren swim in the pool or play with the dogs, all while admiring the beautiful view of the mountains. Earlier in her life, she enjoyed family vacations, embracing every opportunity to explore and share new experiences together.
Holidays held a special place in her heart, filled with joy and celebration. Professionally, Sylvia worked at Penta Corporation for many years, contributing her skills to the company partnering with her husband, Dillman "Sonny." Sylvia also adored her pets, who were her constant companions and brought her immense joy.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, Dillman "Sonny" Keyser; her children, Kelly, Deborah, Kevin, and her late son Todd; her daughters-in-law, Laura and Allison; her son-in-law, Michael; her beloved grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan, Nolan, Landan, Ian, Adisyn, Grace, Anastasia and Hope; her sister Janet; and her dear friends who will miss her dearly.
