MEREDITH — Richard Aldee Vallee, 80, of Parade Road, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, at Forest View Manor in Meredith.
Richard was born on May 13, 1944, in Laconia, the son of the late Aldee Vallee and Exzliea (Greenier) Vallee.
Richard enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He would often be found going on riding trips and going to Motorcycle Week in the Weirs every year. Richard also enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool, vintage cars, and camping with friends and family. He was a fun guy to be around. His favorite bands were The Highwaymen and Bob Seger. Richard was a member of the Laconia Elks and Laconia Rod & Gun Club. He worked for NH Ball Bearing for over 33 years.
Richard is survived by his sons David Valle and his wife Joanna Martinoli, and David’s children Keith Vallee and his wife Ali, Jillian Vallee, and Duane Vallee and his wife Kate, and their children Elise Vallee and Jack Vallee; sister Arlene Lasonde; and great-granddaughter Violet Enciso. In addition to his parents, Richard is predeceased by his wife Diana “Deedee” Vallee.
Calling hours will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, in the Carriage House at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant St., Laconia.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., on Thursday, March 13, also at the funeral home.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Friday, May 16, at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia.

My condolances.I have many good memories of my cousin Divine from childhood on up.I used to sit on the porch where he grew up on high st and listen to him play the guitar. Love to you all
